No, you cannot give our designs to another bead maker. Maybe in the future we may consider it, but for now, designs created on our site must be sumitted to us for fulfillment. We have mouths to feed. Support us.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept the merchandise within 14 days after receiving your item. Your account will be credited fully with the exception of shipping costs. This may take 2-5 buissness days.
